WEST MIDLANDS - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive - A very exciting opportunity with great potential at a substantial full service firm in the West Midlands SENIOR COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5YEARS+) - A rare and very exciting opportunity with great potential at a fantastic full service firm in the West Midlands This is an opportunity for a senior level candidate, we are looking to hear from candidates with at least 5 years + PQE up to a more Senior Level with strong skills and experience of managing their own caseload of Commercial Litigation matters. The workload will be varied and interesting and will consist of matters to include construction disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant matters and alternative dispute resolution. The firm are on the lookout for someone that is commercially minded and has strong business development and networking skills as you will be helping to further drive the department forward. You will be working alongside a supportive and cohesive team, and there are strong career prospects with this firm.
