Leeds Personal Injury Fee Earner

A multi service Firm located in the centre of Leeds are seeking Personal Injury Fee Earners. This is a great opportunity for Fee Earners to join an expanding Firm in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

The Firm are looking for someone who has experience managing their own caseload of either RTA or Clinical or Dental Negligence, you will be responsible for

The Firm are looking for someone who has experience in managing their own non-litigated RTA claims, you will be responsible for negotiating with third parties to ensure the best settlement figures are reached for clients, a mixed case load of portal and non-portal cases, from CNF response to settlement, stage 3 hearing or litigation.

You will have previous experience of managing your own caseload of litigated personal injury car or motorcycle claims with a good understanding of the CPR and part 8 processed.

Salary is competitive based on experience.
