A highly thought of mid-sized Commercial Practice in Manchester is expanding its Dispute Resolution Department and is now in the market for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with between 2 -6 years PQE.

Work is of the very highest quality and will include inter alia: Directors/Partnership disputes, Shareholder disputes, Injunctions, Professional negligence claims, Breach of contract/warranty claims, Breach of commercial agreements, leases, covenants or warranties, Construction disputes, Landlord and tenant renewals and dilapidation claims, Forfeiture and possession actions, Trespass, nuisance and adverse possessions claims.

Located in fantastic new offices in Central Manchester, this is a firm with an ever-increasing reputation for dealing with some of the North West's highest profile commercial clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a mid-level (in terms of experience) commercial litigator to get their teeth into high value and often complex commercial dispute work often involving ADR or extra jurisdictional elements.
