Banking & Finance Lawyer (Part Time Option available)

A new opportunity is being created, which will focus on advising the firm’s corporate and commercial clients on their Banking and Finance requirements.

Instructions cover a diverse range of client matters including corporate transactions, leveraged finance, project finance, strategic expansion, restructuring and refinancing. Transactions, documentation and advice will involve not just the clearing banks, but niche finance houses and private equity investors.

The role will be positioned within the firm’s highly regarded and established corporate team that continually attracts quality instructions.

This firm enjoys and enviable reputation in the market attracting and securing high calibre lawyers. Its capability and resources combined with flexibility means it captures a real variety of work.  As well as “big ticket” instructions for significantly sized clients, you will also enjoy acting on a range of transactions and projects for a mix of  SME, family businesses, emerging corporates and entrepreneur clients

Applications are welcome from corporate lawyers, who have relevant experience and wish to further focus on Banking and Finance, or established specialists in this area. The nature of the role requires not less than 3 years’ PQE. This firm is progressive in its outlook and welcomes applications from those seeking flexibility of part time employment.
