SENIOR SOLICITOR

A small and unique law firm with an office just outside Cardiff, pride themselves on working in an autonomous way with no time or cost targets. This is a position that offers real work / life balance with the working hours of 8.30 – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. 

This firm are specialist advocates who offer a nationwide advocacy service for blue chip clients and Solicitors and are looking for a Senior Solicitor to deal with day to day queries in relation to debt recovery and defended actions.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Dealing with day to day and complex queries with regards to debt recovery work
• You will have a minimal case load and so you will have the time to assist the team
• You will be the ‘go to’ Solicitor to deal with all queries in the first instance
• You will report to the Director (no monetary targets/ chargeable hours)
• Actively developing business in line with growing the debt recovery team

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified lawyer ( 4PQE +)
• Experience in litigation (non PI)  is essential
• A following of clients is desirable
• Excellent academics
• A track record of business development and desire to carry out BD and attend networking events
