An exciting opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader (EMEA). As a credit control team leader, you will have the responsibility of managing a small team within a fast-paced department which requires strong teamwork and a can-do attitude- Paying up to 35,000

As the Credit Control Team Leader your job will involve

Planning to effectively manage credit exposure and reduce risk
Chasing payments via phone and email
Maintaining a well organised credit control function
Updating customer accounts and responding to customer queries within a timely manner
Ensuring team members are kept up to date with their tasks, ensuring targets are met

The ideal Credit Control Team Leader will have

Demonstrable experience in a leading a Credit Control team
Any of the language skills: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Deutch
SAP experience
Strong excel skills
People management experience
Clear communication skills
Dealing with customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Analytical approach and problem solver
Experience of working in a high volume, complex environments
