Infrastructure & Construction Partner - Birmingham

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients highly regarded Infrastructure & Construction team in Birmingham for a Partner.

The ideal candidate will be primarily a non-contentious construction lawyer with some knowledge of Adjudication, with 8+ yrs PQE.

Candidates must have relevant experience in working on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects including waste, energy, public sector procurement, joint ventures and for a variety of both public and private sector clients.

The team sits within their commercial property team, so as well as working on standalone infrastructure and construction projects, it works closely with real estate partners on development work.

This is a superb opening for a Partner to be involved in shaping and developing a rapidly expanding, highly motivated team in a top ranking national practice. As such the ideal candidate will have a thirst and enthusiasm for both individual and team development and have a creative, as well as legal mind.

In addition the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to accelerate to equity, by helping the firm achieve its business objectives.

Remuneration will be substantial. Of course this firm has tolerances and thresholds for all levels of appointment, but they’ll take a commercial view on any ‘following’ as this is a key recruit and so the firm knows they need to be somewhat flexible in their assessment of the options in what is clearly a finite market.
