Our client is a reputable conveyancing specialist firm who are one of the most established firms in the area.

The Role

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Conveyancer to join their Pontypridd office. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for dealing with your own mixed Conveyancing caseload, dealing with both freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, transfers of legal title and re-mortgages.

You

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ conveyancing experience. You will be an individual who will act as a strong ambassador for their firm who is able to network efficiently and contribute to the expansion of the firm.
