The rare opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor/lawyer to join a niche firm in Brentwood that specialises in property finance work and acts on behalf of a number of national banks.

The ideal candidate will be a commercial property solicitor/lawyer with solid experience in a range of non-contentious property matters including commercial and residential freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, preparing reports on title, commercial property and development mortgages and commercial leases.

As many cases handled will involve recently built or converted properties, a good technical knowledge of title and planning issues is also essential.

Experience in commercial property is preferable but candidates from a residential background will also be considered. The firm will provide ongoing training and support and can offer long term career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
