A leading regional firm with multiple offices in the South is now recruiting for a junior commercial property solicitor to join its award winning team based in Kent.
The team is ranked highly in Chambers & the Legal 500 and is well known for its high-net worth work for clients in a range of sectors including investors, asset managers, developers and corporate owners.
Expect to take the lead - there is a caseload of general commercial property matters ready to pick up including the sale & purchase of commercial properties, landlord & tenant matters, commercial leases and the development of land for both residential and business purposes. You will also get the opportunity to work with partners on the more complex matters giving you great development.
Ideally applicants should have 1-3 years post qualification experience so the role would suit junior solicitors
