Residential & Commercial Conveyancer
Essex, London
40k-65k
My client, a leading firm in property conveyancing with a strong presence in east London is now looking for a talented residential & commercial conveyancer to join their reputable firm.
The ideal candidate will be 5+ PQE with extensive experience in advising on freehold/leasehold transacitons, sales/purchases and some lease extension work. You must have experience in BOTH residential AND commercial property.
The firm emphasises on their element of autonomy where there are no daily targets. There is also a bonus scheme on anything billed above target. Flexible working is also available with core hours at 10:00-4:00 and flexi hours to suit the individual along with parking permit.
