Paralegal - Property - (Social Housing)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team on a wide range of property matters with a focus on sales for Housing Association clients. This is city quality work in Leeds working for a Top 100 UK law firm on a permanent or contract basis.

Additional tasks will include supporting the partners in the team in relation to acquisition from developers and supporting the team with:

• Reviewing searches
• Reviewing titles
• Assisting in preparing disclosures for certificates of title

The ideal candidate will need:

· To be a Paralegal with previous residential / commercial property experience ideally dealing with sales work. There will be training for social housing aspects and you will receive ongoing day to day support from a close knit and technically strong team.
