Salary: Upto £52,000 (depending upon experience)

A leading national firm, with strong coverage across the South West and South Coast in addition to offices across the UK are looking to add a Property Litigation Solicitor to their Southampton office.

Based in modern, well equipped offices in a central Southampton location with available parking and access to local commuter routes, this opportunity would be ideally suited to a Dispute Resolution/Litigation Solicitor with a background of Property Litigation work.

The team, consisting of 40+ fee earners nationwide are well established and well respected in terms of high quality work. This role, working closely with the partner in Southampton will offer the candidate scope for development in a collaborative and cohesive environment

The successful candidate can expect to work with 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes
