Junior Commercial Property Solicitor 1 year + PQE - Thames Valley
Renowned Legal 500 with several offices continues to grow and is seeking to expand their commercial property team.
The firm has grown to a size and turnover that is in keeping with other regional players and is now seeking to develop further.
The role will involve handling a caseload of work relating to commercial property conveyancing, commercial leases (both landlord and tenant), commercial and residential development, option, promotion and overage agreements, agricultural land, auction sales and business sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regional or national law firm and been able to develop skills within this specialism and now wishing to join a law firm where they can continue to develop in Commercial Property and be afforded a high degree of autonomy from the outset.
