Residential Conveyancer - Felixstowe
An opportunity has come up within a long established and extremely well respected Solicitors firm in Felixstowe.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with their own caseload of matters from start to finish. The team deals with the broad range of matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters and has a superb reputation for property work in the area.
The firm takes pride in their approach to individual client service as a result of which a lot of their work comes from repeat business, recommendations and word of mouth in the local community.
You will have the chance to get involved in the business development activities of the firm and department and will be a key member of the team right from day 1.
This role may be of particular interest to someone who wants to be part of a smaller, but well respected team, and have a genuine influence on the success of the department and firm.
The salary for this position will be dependent on experience but will be part of a good package within a firm that looks after its staff.
