Professional Indemnity Solicitor

A progressive global practice is seeking to further develop its professional indemnity offering, with the appointment of an Associate Solicitor to its Bristol offices.  Working as part of one of the largest professional indemnity teams within the South West, you will be advising insurers and professionals on high value and sensitive claims for both traditional and emerging professions. The team are specialists in the area of SRA/SDT work, which has been increasing within the current market. The division also provides insurer clients with advice relating to insurance policy coverage disputes.

On a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to advise on high value claims involving complex contractual, technical and factual issues. In addition to fee earning tasks, you will be supporting  the business development and marketing initiatives of the department.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with a Defendant backgrond and regulatory experience. Applicants with Claimant experience will also be considered.
