Job Details
Great new role for an experienced conveyancer to join this national law firm with offices located centrally in Warrignton, this office is easily located by motorway, train and has local parking.
This role will see you manage an existing caseload of sales, purchase, new builds, right to buy, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with both registered & unregistered land as well as freehold & leasehold properties, as this is something that will be needed to be handled on a regular basis.
Whilst there is assistance from a Legal Secretary / Paralegal already you will be expected to deal with most aspects of the transaction from inception to completion. You will be assisting with supervision & management of junior staff so prior experience will be beneficial. As this is a small department you will be expected to help grow the team and work with the Partners to continue to increase work and generate new business referrals.
