THE ROLE
The firm is seeking to recruit a corporate M&A private equity associate to join the Bristol office.
This role provides the opportunity to work on high-value and often high-profile general corporate transactions, frequently with an international element.
You will work with Partners and associates in the UK, London and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.
The Corporate practice focuses on the following core areas:
M&A, public and private
Private equity, asset management and investment funds
Reorganisations and restructurings
Equity capital markets (including US Securities)
ABOUT YOU
With excellent academics you will have 3-6pqe and key experience would be in private M&A and private equity, as well joint ventures, ideally gained at Magic / Silver Circle (or equivalent) firms.
You will be working with clients encompassing national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading funds and financial institutions.
You will be given the opportunity to work across all the core areas of the team, and a willingness to play a full role within the team is as important as experience of any particular work type.
