The Firm
Our Client, a dynamic and expanding city law firm, are seeking a 2 - 6 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team which is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories.
Currently sitting at 35 Partners and around 80 Lawyers, our client has an impressive client base known to provide a professional service imbued with practical common sense. There is emphasis on healthy work life balance which promotes a collegiate atmosphere.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working alongside a number of partners in the Corporate team who regularly advise on a wide range of corporate transactional and strategic advisory matters. Therefore, the need to be adaptable and enjoy the variety involved in being a key trusted business advisory to clients is essential. The client base ranges from entrepreneurs and start-ups to institutional investors, financial advisers and large private and publicly listed companies.
Predominantly, the sector focus is aimed towards areas where the firm can put their in-depth knowledge to use collectively and add real value. As such, they focus on technology, financial services, fintech, professional services, natural resources, travel, real estate, fashion and creative industries in particular. The practice is international scoped.
