Commercial Property Lawyer – Bristol 

We are looking to recruit a skilled property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join their team in Bristol. You will ideally have at least 2+ year’s experience of a variety of commercial property work for SME clients as well as experience of residential conveyancing. The role will involve supervision of junior residential and commercial property lawyers in addition to some commercial/residential property work.

We look to provide a quality service to private clients and SME commercial clients across the UK. The role would provide the opportunity to develop a small team with the benefit of fully computerised systems and comprehensive online library and precedent services.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with good IT skills and able to supervise a small team.

The role will also include assisting with the development and continued growth of the Property Department.
