Job Details
In this personal injury solicitor role, you will be dealing with a caseload of multi-track defendant EL and PL cases, and some RTA matters on behalf of major insurer clients.
In addition to your own caseload, you will also be working with senior staff on high value claims involving catastrophic injuries. The team also deal with coverage disputes and property damage, so there would be an opportunity to expand your skillset into these areas.
The role would suit a personal injury solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience, and would particularly appeal to people with a desire to get more responsibility in their current role.
You will need to be running your own caseload of defendant multi-track files, combined with commercial awareness, as there will be considerable client contact.
