Job Details
Your role as the RTA solicitor will be to manage a caseload of 150-200 Fast-Track RTA matters which have fallen out of the MOJ Portal.
You'll be joining a team of 6 Litigators, headed up by a very experienced Head of Department, and be responsible for taking the claims from trial through to settlement and be expected to litigate on such matters.
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced RTA Litigator/solicitor and have at least 1+ years' experience in managing a full caseload of litigated RTA files. Ideally, you'll also be used to using case management systems (knowledge/experience of ProClaim would be a distinct advantage).
