Are you a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor currently handling your own caseload of Fast Track Litigated RTA cases and looking to work on more complex and higher value matters?
If so, my client are market-leaders when it comes to successfully litigating cases whether that be fast track or multi track and they are looking to expand the personal injury team. The team already consists of professional litigators who encourage the very best of everyone. They are currently preparing for the impending reforms and so in this Personal Injury Solicitor role you will be dealing with a mix of non-portal (and a few portal wherever appropriate) cases of Fast Track RTAs to move on to getting involved with more complex and multi-track files.
To be successful in this Personal Injury Solicitor, you should ideally come from a Claimant background with strong litigation experience in handling your own caseload of such matters as a qualified Solicitor.
