National Legal 500 practice are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic lawyer for their private client team based out of the Rotherham office.

The Role

We have a vacancy for an experienced lawyer to join the expanding Rotherham office. This is a very exciting role for an experienced candidate to develop their own caseload from incoming leads and past clients.

You will benefit from the resources of a large practice around you that will help you to excel.

As part of a small established team, the successful candidate will build upon an already extensive client-base and work with their manager to develop their own caseload alongside other team members. Responsibilities shall include:

• Advising clients on wills, POAs, probate and trusts work in South Yorkshire;
• Collaborate with, and support other team members;
• Work with manager to set an achievable billing target and deliver against it;
• Manage own caseload;
• Liaise with internal functions to develop resources and leads;
• Ensure that past and current clients are regularly engaged with and are retained;
• Work with other legal teams to generate cross-referrals into private client;
• Ensure that your clients receive an excellent level of service.

• You will have a proven track record in legal services;
• You will ideally be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive;
