COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE | NQ-3 PQE | LEGAL 500 FIRM

Owing to a sustained period of growth, a position has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in Guildford.

QED Legal are recruiting for a Legal 500 firm who are widely recognised as one of the leading practices outside of London. With high rankings in both the Legal 500 and Chambers across all their practice areas, this is an opportunity to be exposed to high level work rivalling that of City firms with all the work/life benefits of working within a regional practice.

The Commercial Litigation team handle a range of complex commercial disputes and international arbitration work. Acting for commercial clients from well known plc's to international companies and high net worth individuals. The team regularly act in matters with an international element, from contract litigation to shareholder, insurance and IT disputes.

To be considered for this position you must have good academics and have trained at a City or well regarded regional firm and have had exposure to high quality commercial dispute resolution work. While it is expected that candidates will have sound technical knowledge, you are not expected to know everything; the team are supportive, and regular training is on offer in order to facilitate your development.
