Head of New Build / Conveyancer

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Newbuild / Conveyancer or  Solicitor to join our clients property law firm with great prospects for directorship for the right applicant. The firm require an experienced solicitor to manage and grow or clients newbuild residential property department acting for clients purchasing newly built/off plan properties to live in.

You will work alongside legal assistants and conveyancers supported on a variety of residential property transactions including sales and purchases in help to buy and newbuild properties. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload, managing and growing the department, ensuring that the department provide a high level of service to a varied client base.
