Salary: Grade 13 to 15 - £41,675 up to £52,492 per annum (depending on experience)

We have positions available for an Environment Solicitors (Deputy Principal and Solicitor) for highly motivated individual in our dynamic office.

These positions in will undertake a range of legal work, but in particular in relation to the following key areas:

 

  • Drafting planning obligations (S106 agreements)
  • Planning advice
  • Drafting complex highways agreements and advice
  • Extensive highways advice
  • Advice on transport and traffic matters and drafting of complex traffic orders
  • Rights of Way advice
  • Bespoke agreements related to above

What we need from you in return - you will need:

  • To be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister or have experience of working in this field
  • Excellent knowledge of the specialist legal areas above
  • The stamina to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • The skills to be an adaptable employee that can work to tight deadlines
