Job Details
You will ideally be a solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing which should include sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions.
You will be comfortable running your own caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision, along with being comfortable in client facing situations. You will be tasked with supporting and guiding junior colleagues in the team.
This role would be ideal for a residential property solicitor who is looking for greater responsibility and looking to take the next step in your career.
