Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEx

My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm based around the Southampton area, who is now looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor/CILEx legal executive as part of ongoing growth in its conveyancing department.

This expanding law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE and has the technical ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will be dealing with matters such as sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

You will be active in marketing and business development to expand this area of work and gain new clients, helping to build good relationships with referrers in the local area.
