Job Details

Private Client Lawyer - Genuine Progression and Growth

West Yorkshire

My client is a lovely West Yorkshire law firm who have been established in the region for many years.

They are looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to join their team. The right candidate is likely to be at least 2-3yrs qualified (or similar experience in terms of carrying a caseload) and have dealt with a broad range of Private Client work from basic wills, probate, LPA's and trusts to more complex matters.

The firm are keen to speak with Lawyers who are looking to progress but may have hit a ceiling at their current place of work - there is a real opportunity of medium-term progression here, with the opportunity to get to senior level for the right candidate.

Although things such as STEP membership are not a pre-requisite those looking to go down that route, or part qualified would be encouraged to apply.

You will be working closely with one of the Partners and get access to an excellent, interesting mix of work including repeat business and some HNW matters.

This is a place where you get the genuine chance to grow and develop your own practice whilst also enjoying life outside of work.

If you are interested in hearing more about the role please do not hesitate to contact Samey Haider at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
