Employment Partner – Camberley

A Legal 500 full service law firm with offices across the United Kingdom currently have a brand new opportunity for a Partner to join the Employment division based in Reading.  This employment team are regarded as one of the best in the region, dealing with a broad range of local and national clients.

This will be an extremely varied role where you will have the opportunity to lead the Employment division on a variety of matters both national and local.

The employment division currently handle a wide range of employment issues such as settlement agreements, post-employment obligations, redundancy and re-organisation, TUPE and transferring employment, employment tribunal claims and litigation as well as disciplinary and grievance procedures.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and qualities:

• Trained at a recognised Law firm
• A desire to network, grow your business development skills and personal contacts over time
• A collaborative approach
• A genuine desire to progress rapidly as part of a very successful regional office.
• Good academics
