Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a range of good quality disputes work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, injunctions as well as warranty and indemnity disputes. The firm acts for a good mix of clients including SMEs as well as larger corporates.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 1-5 years' pqe. You will have gained a broad spread of experience and be well versed in providing pragmatic, commercial advice to clients.
