Fee Earner (Part / Fully qualified) - Private Client £24-30K Brighton Work directly with the Partner and Head of Department, managing a caseload under supervision and benefit from excellent mentoring and support.
A local firm forming part of the established wider Brighton & Hove legal community are seeking to bring on board an enthusiastic legal professional to mange their own caseload of private client matters under the supervision of a very respected and approachable Partner who leads the department. This is certainly a thriving private client team with nor shortage of work. The firm are a trusted name with excellent knowledge and understanding of the local market, they have a strong legacy client base and continue to grow through reputation and further referrals.
The position would suit an individual with prior experience gained in private client matters. It is likely that you will be part way through your CILEX professional studies and perhaps already managing your own caseload or maybe keen to do so but that opportunity doesn't exist at your current firm through no fault of your own (NQ's may also be a consideration). Familiarity with the documentation, procedures and technical vocabulary relating to matters such as Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax Trusts work will already be competencies that you building upon and developing. The role will see you working alongside an established partner with 15 years experience at this firm alone who is acknowledged as a great mentor and a person who is keen to see the individual flourish and develop on their personal path to success. The firm are keen to speak individual with ambition who are keen to become established as accomplished fee earners in regions legal community.
