Residential Conveyancer

If you are an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer, this is an exceptional opportunity to join this Legal 500 firm at a highly exciting time - the opening of its new office in Warwickshire! There is no better time than now to join this highly successful practice and be instrumental in its growth as it continues to go from strength to strength.

Our client has been established for over 25 years and has offices throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands, with this new office in Warwickshire expanding its geographical coverage. They are committed to providing their clients with high quality legal advice and offer a professional, friendly service.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to conclusion including the sale and purchase of land and property, re-mortgages, right to buys, transfers of equity, shared ownerships and lease extensions. You will develop business relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders and other potential sources of work.

It is envisaged that this position would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has the requisite domestic property experience and is confident in managing their own caseload. You will be commercially astute, organised, process-driven and have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care. You will also be IT literate and ideally have experience of using a web-based case management system.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and generous bonus package, and you will enjoy a supportive working environment and genuine career development opportunities, joining as you will be at the inception of this new office in a highly desirable location.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
