Commercial Litigation and Professional Negligence Solicitor - Manchester

An international law firm is currently seeking a Solicitor - ideally with 0-4 years PQE - to join its successful team in Manchester.

This a wide-ranging role that will involve running a case-load of commercial litigation and professional negligence claims. The commercial litigation side of the role will include contractual disputes, company disputes and injuctive work. The professional negligence work will involve defending claims made against accountants, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. The successful candidate may also be required to assist the team's Partners with complex matters.

Previous commercial litigation and/or professional negligence litigation experience is essential. Ideally, this will be from a Defendant background. The successful candidate will be reasonably self-sufficient in their work, have the ability to adopt a commercial approach and be a strong team player.
