Job Details
An awarding-winning practice based in Cardiff bay has an opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal / CILEx to join a busy and expanding team in Cardiff City Centre. The work on offer is of an exceptionally high-quality. The firm has an extremely successful Care/ Court of Protection department.
Due to an influx of work, the established team is looking to recruit another Paralegal / CILEx to assist with the workload and handle a variety of different Deputyship matters. Progression is something the firm actively encourages and will support wherever possible.
The successful Court of Protection Paralegal or Legal Executive must be well-versed in Deputyship matters and be technically strong due to the complexity of the cases. The firm envisages candidates with 2 or more years experience to be suitable.
