A rapidly growing high street firm based in Ealing are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to come in and head up their busy team. For the right candidate there is realistic Partnership prospects within a couple of years.

The firm have gone from strength to strength in the last couple of years and their highly regarded team has really secured it's place in the market. They are now looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years PQE who is not only confident in running with a busy case load, but who can also mentor & supervise the team and fuel the growth of the department both in terms of billings & headcount. You will be an essential part of these growth plans and it is a great opportunity to build your own reputation and make your mark on the firm.

The work is mid - high value and is of a very good quality given the firms size. They benefit from a number of repeat referrals due to their high client satisfaction and are keen to continue to develop this further. This is where you come in, you will be responsible for pushing the firm forward even further, building relationships with local estate agents & referrers to push past the competition and take the firm to the next level.
