Private Client Lawyer - Senior

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client solicitor, 5 years+ with a leading full service regional firm operating in the South East. The firm has a large existing caseload of varied private client matters and they are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor who can hit the ground running with this established team that is split over several offices.

This role is part of the future planning of the firm and will look to replace the a long term Partner who is looking to retire. Based in the Redhill office, you will work a mixed caseload of private client matters that will include Wills and Probate, court of protection as well as trusts and estates work. You can expect to be involved in the management and development of the immediate team. There is a large existing caseload that has been created due to the firms reputation and existing service levels so you can expect to be billing from the start, however you can also expect to be involved in business development and networking activities that promote the wider firm.

Required skills & experience/ responsibilities:

* Professional, efficient and effective management of varied Private Client work.
* Excellent client liaison/interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Ability to organise, prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload. Commercial awareness and competent time management skills.
* IT/PC literacy.
*Team player, who is also proactive, independent, self motivated with plenty of commitment and initiative.
* STEP membership preferred.
