Your new role

You will be working on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions, assisting partners and associates across the team, in order that you will enjoy a broad remit of work. As you develop in your career, you will start to specialise in your chosen area. You will be required to support marketing and business development activity within the team by attending marketing events and client socials and build strategic internal and external networks.

What you need to succeed

You will be an NQ - 3 PQE solicitor with strong academic credentials and a proven track record in a similar role. Ideally, you will have good experience of either corporate or finance law from a leading regional or national firm, to assist in growth across both transnational corporate work streams. You will be team orientated, whilst being able to demonstrate a reasonable level of autonomy. If joining at the NQ level, you will have completed a seat within Corporate.
