I am currently recruiting on behalf of a strong regional law firm for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their large property team in Kirklees, West Yorkshire.

The role will involve handling a full caseload of mixed residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, buy to let, first buy, new builds and mortgages.

Candidates must have property experience, ideally at least 2 years PQE, previously ran your own caseload with the ability to work with minimal supervision, and having sound knowledge of the full conveyancing process. My client pride themselves on their strong client care skills so the ability to build strong and professional relationships with new and existing clients is a must.
