THE FIRM
A major firm with a wide ranging international presence.
THE ROLE
A Competition Associate is now sought who has an interest in, and had exposure to, a broad spectrum of UK and EU competition law, including in particular, UK and EU merger control, behavioural work (chapter 1 and 2 in the UK and Articles 101 and 102 in the EU), cartels, market investigations and abuse of dominance.
Experience of state aid and public procurement would also be of interest, but not essential.
The role requires a degree of flexibility to travel to the EU on occasion, and possibly further afield.

With 1-3pqe you will have excellent academic and professional qualifications, with experience gained at a top law firm.
