Job Details
You will be joining a team that acts for an array of FTSE 100 clients, both borrowers and lenders, including established UK and international lenders and challenger banks. The team offers advice on a range of matters including leveraged finance, corporate banking and private equity finance.
This role would suit a junior banking solicitor, including NQs looking to join a leading team in the City of London. Your experience should include leveraged finance, corporate finance, and private equity finance.
