Job Details
We are currently speaking to a market leading and award winning organisation with an established and highly regarded In-house legal team which supports the group and divisional offices
They are now looking to appoint an additional commercial lawyer (ideally with some exposure to construction) who can supplement the existing lawyers and provide commercially viable solutions orientated legal advice across the group.
Experience of construction agreements would be especially useful, but a background in general commercial contracts negotiation and drafting - such as advertising, sales and marketing, IT, NDAs is essential.
The role is extremely varied, within a fast-paced and challenging environment, however you'll enjoy a genuinely varied caseload and fantastic commercial exposure.
Ideally you'll have at least 12 months experience in contracts and we'd anticipate this suiting someone up to 5 years PQE as it involves working alongside and supporting another commercial lawyer.
