Job Details

NEW Opportunity at a Top 200 & Legal 500 listed law firm who have an office in their central Manchester office and are now looking to expand their nationally recognised Housing team.

You will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience of working within the Housing sector. Work is primarily from a reliable source of housing association landlords that and nationwide based.

Experience of the following will also prove useful and can be applied to this role:

  • Shared ownership litigation;
  • Rights of way and boundary disputes;
  • Leasehold enfranchisement;
  • Tenancy fraud;
  • Housing disrepair;
  • Right to Buy / Acquire eligibility and disputes;
  • Commercial lease litigation, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 litigation and dilapidations claims.
