Would you like to join a fantastic firm who are seeking a Commercial Property/Real Estate Lawyer?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property/Real Estate Lawyer to join a Top Tier Legal 500 firm in the heart of Suffolk. Our client, are looking to enhance their busy commercial property team with someone who is enthusiastic and looking to thrive in a busy team environment.
They are based in a grade II listed office with beautiful surroundings and are located right in the middle of town with direct access to a number of well-known shops.
Responsibilities:
You will deal with a varied caseload which will include, but will not be limited to:
- Leasehold and Freehold
- Sales and Purchases
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Corporate transactions
Requirements:
- You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE although all applicants who meet the relevant criteria are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical legal knowledge in property law
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for assisting with business development
