An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor with 5-10 years' PQE to join a leading general practice, but commercially focused, Hull based law firm due to long-term succession planning.

This well-respected regional law firm has a reputation for the high quality of commercial property work it takes on and for its forward-thinking approach. The Commercial Property Department has been identified as an area of law that the firm wishes to continue investing in and as an area which can continue to grow and develop.

You will be joining a team that covers the full spectrum of commercial property work across both built environment and land development with a specific focus on: sales and purchases, leases and landlord services, planning and retail, industrial and office developments.

As a commercial property solicitor, you may be frustrated at the lack of progression or find that your firm’s ambitions don’t match your passion and drive. You will be working closely with senior commercial property solicitors within the team as well as being responsible for your own caseload.
