EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - CARDIFF -
Employment Solicitor / Associate (min 4PQE+) -
A fantastic Employment Solicitor/Associate opportunity working for a substantial regional law firm in Cardiff, alongside an excellent and talented team
You will need to have at least 4 years PQE and have experience in Employment law both contentious and non-contentious. The work is varied and interesting, advising both organisations and individuals and will consist of matters to include HR Policies, grievances and disciplinaries, discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissals and whistle blowing. Advocacy experience would also be valued here.
You will be working closely alongside the existing team who are supportive and work cohesively. You should be someone who is commercially minded and is happy to get involved in business development and marketing activities.
This is a really exciting appointment to work with a very strong firm. There are clear progression opportunities and an excellent package available for the right person.
