Residential Conveyancing Executive

A legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced and driven residential conveyancing executive to join their ever-growing team based in Stockport.
 
Due to organic growth, they have expanded their team significantly in the last 3 years and they are now offering you the chance to learn other aspects of conveyancing. 
 
You'll be running a caseload of 60-80 Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, matters including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold property, remortgages and Help-to-Buy funded transactions etc.
 
This well-established Stockport based firm has a diverse portfolio of clients including blue-chip companies, SME's and Public Sector, as well as private clients so they will provide you with high-quality complex work.
 
You will need a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
