THE FIRM
A major international law firm.
THE ROLE
Following significant growth to date and further projected growth, the firm now has a new role for a contentious construction, projects and infrastructure associate to join their market leading specialist team, which sits within the firm's wider Litigation & Regulatory practice group.
The key focus of the role will be on domestic and international PFI/PPP disputes.
Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality highly complex disputes in the PFI/PPP sector.
The role will be based in the London office, but will also require frequent travel throughout the UK and to the firm's international offices.
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor or barrister, qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction, you will have strong academics.
Ideally you will have at least 4pqe of fee earning experience within a leading construction litigation team to fulfil the technical requirements of the role.
You will have well-developed professional, interpersonal and communication skills.
