A great, long established firm in Bolton is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their team.
Are you a commercial property solicitor with some good experience of handling a range of commercial property matters?
Are you able to work confidently with minimal supervision?
The role consists of various commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, new leases, pension sales and leasebacks.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent client facing skills and a good working knowledge with 'hand on' experience of handling commercial property matters.
This is a great role for a commercial property solicitor at the beginning of their career, looking to progress and develop their skills.
